Dr. Harari, Congratulations on your new position!  Thank you for your excellent skills on my thyroid removal!  You are truly a master! … but more important MY VOICE is great.  I was so worried that the surgery would negatively effect my singing voice… NOT the case.  I often quote you, when I asked “if there is a chance this surgery could effect my voice?” and you said… “under my hands or another surgeons?”  Love that…. well NOT under your hands!  Thank you again.  Here is my Quartet from a Holiday Show last weekend.  Thank you, again.  I SURE you don’t hear that enough.  What you do (and how you do it) makes a difference.
